Each Wald Custom Home is designed exclusively for the buyer, which allows for some very creative and unique ideas. Every home begins with the client’s vision of their dream home. Eric and his architect then transform this vision into a design that will incorporate all of the customer’s needs and desires. The goal in the design phase of construction is to ensure that every customer is presented with a design that they will be proud of, and one that is without compromise.
 
Prior to any financial commitment on your part, Eric will meet with you to discuss your home design and budget. Based on the information that is obtained, he will then present a preliminary design for your review.
 
Eric takes great pride in each home that he builds, which is why he personally oversees the design and construction of every home. In order to give all of his customers the attention that they deserve, he will never have more than five homes under construction at any one time.
 
Wald Custom Homes is not limited to building in specific areas, or any specific style of home. Eric has designed and built a wide variety of architectural styles including, contemporary, traditional, country, and Mediterranean. He has built in Dallas, Plano, Allen, Frisco, and Celina. If you own your lot, he will design and build a home for that lot, or build using an existing plan that you may already have.
